Hank Quense, award-winning science fiction author and self-publishing guru, will lead a lively Book Club discussion on his King Arthurian parody entitled Moxie’s Problem on Tuesday, February 10 at 7pm at The Fine Grind, located at 101 Newark-Pompton Turnpike in Little Falls. To RSVP please write to This event is free and open to the public. Moxie’s Problem is available for sale at The Fine Grind and an ebook version of the book can be downloaded from Smashwords, IStore, B&N, Amazon and other ebook sellers. If you are interested, get a copy of the book now and read it for February!

Moxie's Problem is a coming-of-age story unlike others in this genre. Moxie is an obnoxious, teen-age princess on her first verdure outside her father’s castle. She finds the real world is different from castle life and she struggles to come to grips with reality and to understand her role in that reality. The story takes place against the backdrop of Camelot with King Arthur, the Knights of the Round Table, Merlin and Saxon bad guys. But, this isn’t the Camelot of legends, it’s Camelot in a parallel universe, so all bets are off!

Hank Quense writes humorous, satiric Sci-Fi and fantasy stories as well as non-fiction guides for authors on topics such as story design and how to self-publish. Quense has published 14 books and 50 short stories along with a few dozen articles.  He often lectures on fiction writing and publishing and has a series of guides covering the basics on each subject.
