Jonathan Sibley coaches individuals and teams to create sustainable change and greater effectiveness in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and German. Jonathan helps his clients to identify and overcome key blind-spots and obstacles, to enhance and build on their strengths while finding strategies to compensate for and improve upon weaker areas, and to improve key relationships and the capacity to have effective, challenging conversations. He is a licensed facilitator of Kegan and Lahey’s Overcoming Immunity to Change methodology. Jonathan has coached a variety of clients, within for-profit and not-for-profit companies – from entrepreneurs and mid-level executives to the chairperson of a board of directors.
In addition to coaching, Jonathan also maintains a psychotherapy practice, working with individuals, couples, and families to improve communication and to live happier lives. He has trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Emotionally-Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT).
