The Joint Chiropractic in West Caldwell will be hosting a free Wellness event on Thursday, March 8 from 7pm-9pm. This event is open to the public. Several owners of local health and wellness businesses will showing participants concrete ways to best achieve your fitness goals this year.

-Michael Piercy, owner of The LAB in Fairfield will discuss how to reach your fitness, health and lifestyle goals via your inner athlete. 

-Justyna Debski, owner of Revive Body Mind in Montclair, will bring her portable Cryotherapy machine so participants can try it and see its benefits in bringing down inflammation and ailments.

-Karen Caplan, the owner of Nutrition Transition and a Wellness Coordinator at The Joint will speak about healthier eating in 2018.

Local bakery Papa Ganache has opened a dedicated gluten free and vegan kitchen in January, 2018. Papa Ganache founder and owners, Lisa Siroti-Valinoti and Anthony Valinoti, realized the importance of building a kitchen completely free from cross-contact and cross-contamination and wants patrons to eat and enjoy their sweet and savory gluten free treats no matter what dietary restrictions they may have.

For the past eight years, Papa Ganache has worked diligently towards being the go-to vegan bakery in New Jersey for vegans and people with food allergens. It is a place where you can shop with confidence for wholesome food that does not conflict with morals, religious ethics or allergies.
